Admissions
One call starts it. Here is exactly what happens next — no surprises.
The admissions process, step by step
Step one
The first call
You speak with an admissions coordinator — a person, not a queue. They will ask what is going on, what you have tried before, and what your circumstances allow. Nothing is committed to at this stage.
Step two
Clinical assessment
A licensed clinician completes a confidential assessment covering substance use history, mental health history, and medical needs. This is what determines the appropriate level of care.
Step three
Insurance verification
We contact your insurer directly and confirm what your plan covers, what it does not, and what you would be responsible for. We tell you the numbers before you decide anything.
Step four
Your treatment plan
We agree a start date and build an individualised plan — which program, which therapies, which schedule. If a different provider is the better fit, we say so and help you get there.
